The approval process for affiliation takes three (3) to five (5) banking days.

You will be notified via SMS and email once your application has been approved​.

Setting up a BDO Checkout account is free of charge!

You may refer to the fees section. For BNPL 0%, a subsidy rate of 3.75% + ₱20 will be charged for every card transaction while 1.50% + ₱20 will be collected for BNPL Regular.  

All sales transactions will be credited to your nominated BDO account in four (4) banking days. Our partner payment facilitator, iPay88, will handle the settlement process. 

You may request for cancellation or a refund of transaction by sending an email to bdocheckout@bdo.com.ph or call BDO Merchant Services Hotline. Our partner payment facilitator, iPay88, will assist you on this request. Void transactions or same-day cancellation requests will also be processed as a refund.

Any customer who'd like to make payments via credit card, debit card, or mobile pay apps for their online purchase may request for a Payment Link or an Email Billing from any BDO Checkout accredited merchant.

No, you may use the service with any credit or debit card account (including foreign cards), as long as it belongs to the Mastercard, Visa, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club International bank networks. For mobile pay transactions, you may use any verified BDO Pay, GCash, GrabPay, AliPay, WeChat Pay, or QR Ph-enabled account.

No registration is required! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Click the Payment Link sent by your Merchant. This follows the format of https://checkout.bdo.com.ph/xxxxxxxx

  2. Confirm the amount and select your payment method:
    - For credit and debit cards: Enter your card details. If you get redirected to your issuing bank's authentication page, enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) and tap Submit.
    - For mobile pay apps: You will be redirected to the mobile pay app screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment.

  3. Wait for the confirmation screen to confirm your successful payment

You may use any device that has a web browser to make your payments: laptops, mobile phones, or tablets. For mobile pay transaction, you'll need to have your app ready to complete the payment.

You will be redirected to a confirmation page if the payment is successful.

You may validate your transaction through the following: 
  1. Your Merchant​
  2. For credit and debit cards: the bank that issued your card, or your card statement of account
  3. For mobile pay apps: your provider, or the transaction history of your mobile pay app​

Make sure to save a copy of your transaction confirmation. ​​

It will show up in your account starting with the following:

There are a few ways to check if the link is legitimate: 

  1. Talk to your Merchant and clearly state your preferred mode of payment.​
  2. Check the Payment Link sent by your Merchant. It should follow the format of “https://checkout.bdo.com.ph/xxxxx/xxxxxxx”.​
  3. For credit and debit card payments: When you enter your card details, check to see if it redirects you to the authentication page of your bank or sends a One-Time PIN (OTP) (This step of the transaction varies depending on the process of your bank).
  4. For mobile pay app transactions: When you select the mobile pay app, it must redirect you to the screen and applicable authentication pages of your provider.

The Payment Link is unique and expires after one-time use.​

  1. The Payment Link follows the security and authentication measures applied by your credit or debit card provider.​
  2. Your credit card, debit card, or mobile pay app details are not stored in the platform and not submitted to your Merchant after use. This ensures privacy and security of your payment.​
