To unlock your account, reset your password by following the steps below: 
 
BDO Online app and BDO Pay app 
The BDO Online app and the BDO Pay app share the same username and password. Password updates on the BDO Online app and on the BDO Pay app will not be reflected on the BDO Online Banking website (online.bdo.com.ph).
 
BDO Online app
  1. On the login page, tap Need help logging in? > I’d like to reset my password
  2. Enter your username and the last 4 digits of your account or card number, then tap Next
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your account
  4. Set up your new password
    • Must have at least 8 characters
    • Must contain a lowercase letter
    • Must contain an uppercase letter
    • Must contain a number
    • Must contain a special character (except  backslash [\], double quotes [“”] and single quote [’])
    • Must not be an old password
  5. Once password reset is successful, you can already use your new password to log in to your BDO Online app
 
BDO Pay app
  1. On the login page, tap Need help logging in? > Reset password
  2. Enter your username and the last 4 digits of your account or card number, then tap Next
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your account
  4. Set up your new password

The BDO Online Banking website does not share the username and password with the BDO Online app and BDO Pay app. Password updates on the BDO Online Banking website will not be reflected on the BDO Online app and BDO Pay app.
 
BDO Online Banking website (online.bdo.com.ph)
  1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password
  2. Enter your User ID, then tap Verify
  3. Enter the last 4 digits of your account or card number enrolled in Online Banking, then click Submit
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then click Submit
  5. Enter and confirm your new password, and see the successful password reset message on the screen

BDO Pay is our digital payments app. It is linked to your BDO accounts and/or credit card. It lets you use your account's available balance or credit card limit to make easy payments. Some of its features include Scan to Pay, Split Bill, Send & Receive Money, and Pay Bills.
 
The BDO Online Banking website also lets you manage your accounts and perform transactions but is accessible via web browser.

BDO Online Banking refers to the online banking service or account.
 
BDO Online is the new Online Banking app.

If you are an Android or iOS user, you may delete the old BDO Digital Banking app since it is no longer accessible.
