3. An Installment Availment Fee of P100 for PHP-denominated transactions or USD5 for USD-denominated transactions will be charged for every approved Purchase Convert transaction and will be billed and reflected on the Cardholder's Statement of Account.

4. Purchase Convert applications are subject to the approval of BDO. Once approved, the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit Cards, the Purchase Convert Terms and Conditions, and the prevailing fees and charges shall apply.
