- At least 21 years old but not older that 70 years old sa dulo ng loan term
- Filipino Citizen o Foreign National
- May minimum gross family income na ₱50,000 kada buwan or its equivalent in foreign currency
- May stable source of income from employment or business.
- Isang overseas Filipino na may 2-3 years consecutive employment. Kung wala sa 'Pinas during application, dapat may assignment of Beneficiary as Loan Administrator.

- Contract to Sell (CTS)

- Photocopy of TCT/CCT and/or Contract to Sell (CTS)
- Photocopy of Tax Declaration
- Authorization of Tax Mapping signed by present owner
- Copy of payment for Appraisal Fee
If Construction Loan

- Building Plan
