Additional Credit Card Application via Email
 

Yes, for as long as the sender is BDO Deals (cards-deals@bdo.com.ph). If it is a different sender or URL, do not give any information.

Upon receipt of the email from BDO Deals inviting you to apply for an additional BDO Credit Card, kindly follow the steps below:
 
Step 1: Download the additional BDO Credit Card application form attached in the email from BDO Deals.
Step 2: Fill out & sign the additional BDO Credit Card application form.
Step 3: Send the accomplished & signed form to applycreditcard@bdo.com.ph
 
Reminders:
1. Use your email address registered with BDO when submitting your application.
2. Ensure that the attachment does not exceed 8 MB.
3. Expect a notification once your additional BDO Credit Card is approved & out for delivery.
 

You may fill out the additional BDO Credit Card application form digitally or you can opt to print and fill it out manually.

Yes. You may apply for more than one (1) additional BDO Credit Card. Note that all additional card request will still be subject to Bank's approval.

No. Please only use your email address registered with BDO (where the email invitation was sent) when submitting your additional BDO Credit Card application. 

No. You may instead contact BDO’s Contact Center at (+632) 8888-0000 to follow up the status of your additional BDO Credit Card application.

Yes. However, please indicate the information you wish to change/update in the additional BDO Credit Card application form, specifically under Part II (Contact Information). For other concerns or inquiries not related to your additional BDO Credit Card application, you may contact BDO’s Contact Center at (+632) 8888-0000.
