Program information


The Airport Lounge Access thru Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass (“Benefit”) is exclusive to all active Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of BDO World Elite Mastercard (“Qualified Card”).
 

  1. Click here to visit the Mastercard Travel Pass website or download the mobile app via Google Play or App Store. 

  2. Fill out the following required information: 
    • Qualified Card details
      Cardholder’s name
      Card number
      Card security number
      Card expiry date
      Country of Card issuance

    • Personal details 
      First Name
      Surname
      Email

    • Create MTP account
      Password
       
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions. You will be directed to a confirmation page containing your membership details. You will also receive a standard welcome email containing the following: Contents/features available on the website and mobile app; Membership details and entitlements; and E-Certificate for non-digital access.

  1. Present the following: 
    • Digital Membership ID via MTP mobile app or website; or E-certificate (sent via email after registration)
    • Boarding pass 
  2. Lounge concierge will scan the QR code to verify your membership. 
  3. Once successfully verified, enter the lounge and enjoy your visit.     
 
  1. The Cardholder acknowledges that the Benefit is provided by Mastercard through DragonPass and agrees to its Conditions of Use found on the website and mobile app. 

  2. The Cardholder agrees that BDO is neither responsible for nor guarantees the availability of the participating lounges’ operations. 

  3. BDO, Mastercard and DragonPass reserve the right to amend the privileges, Terms and Conditions or Conditions of Use without prior notice. BDO’s decision on all matters relating to the privileges, Terms and Conditions or Conditions of Use will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding. 

  4. The Benefit is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. 

  5. For any queries, concerns, requests for assistance, dispute and the like, the Cardholder can reach out to the BDO-dedicated Concierge for WEM Cardholders at (632) 8840-7777. Please note that in case of dispute, it must be notified to BDO within 60 days from the date of visit.

  1. What benefits can I avail under the Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass?
    The Mastercard Travel Pass (MTP) provided by DragonPass gives Qualified Cardholders access to:
    • Over 1,200 lounges globally
    • (NEW) Special dining offers at select airport restaurants (availability varies per location)
    • (NEW) Fast track passes to skip the queue at select airport security lanes (availability and cost vary per location)
       
  2. Who are qualified for the Mastercard Travel Pass lounge benefit program? 
    The benefit is available to Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of BDO World Elite Mastercard whose accounts are active and current (i.e. no past due in both Peso and Dollar Accounts). Enrollment is required to avail.

  3. How do I enroll my Card to avail of the benefits under MTP? 
    Visit https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com or download the MTP mobile app via Google Play or App Store and provide the required information to enroll.

  4. I have a Supplementary Card. Do we need to enroll separately? 
    Yes, enrollment is on a per Card basis. Principal and Supplementary Cards need to enroll separately.

  5. I have previously enrolled via Priority Pass. Do I need to enroll again?
    Yes, you need to re-enroll under the new airport lounge program, Mastercard Travel Pass, starting July 15, 2024.

    The Priority Pass membership has already been deactivated.

How long is my DragonPass Membership valid for? 
Membership is valid as long as your Card remains active.

In case of card replacement or renewal, you must update your account and provide the new Qualified Card number to ensure uninterrupted access.
 

  1. Do I just present my Card to access any airport lounge?
    Registration to MTP is required prior use of any lounge. Unfortunately, showing your Qualified Card will not grant you access. You must present your Digital Membership ID via MTP mobile app or website or e-certificate (sent via email after registration).

  2. How many complimentary lounge visits am I entitled to?
    You are entitled to 10 complimentary lounge visits; four (4) of which may be shared with guest/s. Depending on the lounge, you may share with one (1) guest per visit at any given time.

  3. What is the validity of lounge visits?
    The 10 complimentary lounge visits are valid until December 31st of every year and refreshes every 1st of January. Unused visits are forfeited, non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the following year. 

  4. Is there a Lounge Usage Fee?  
    Upon depletion of the 10 complimentary lounge visits, a lounge fee of USD32 per person, per visit will apply to be charged to your Qualified Card. This will be reflected as “MTP AIRPORT LOUNGE VISIT mmddyy” on your Statement of Account.

  5. I have remaining unused visits under Priority Pass, will these be carried over to MTP?
    No, any unused lounge visit entitlements under Priority Pass will not be carried over to MTP. The good news is that you will enjoy another round of 10 complimentary lounge visits beginning July 15 valid for use until December 31, 2024.

  1. What other benefits can I avail via the MTP website or mobile app?
    With your membership, you can enjoy the following perks:
    • Special dining offers at select airport restaurants (availability varies per location)
    • Fast track passes to skip the queue at select airport security lanes (availability and cost vary per location)
       
  2. How do I avail of the special dining discounts?
    • Log in to your MTP account.
    • View the available dining offers and select a restaurant.
    • Click the redeem button and present the QR code to the restaurant staff to avail the discount.
      Terms and Conditions vary per restaurant.
       
  3. What is a Fast Track pass?
    A Fast Track pass allows you to book access to an airport’s security fast track lane, allowing you to skip long queues and maximize your time to relax before your flight. 

    Availability and cost vary per location. Prior reservation is highly encouraged.

  4. How do I purchase a Fast Track pass?
    • Log in to your MTP account.
    • Select the airport terminal where fast track pass is available.
    • Fill out the required details.

      Booking details:
      Visit date
      Visit time
      Number of passengers

      Passenger Information:
      First Name
      Last Name
      Contact Number
      Email Address

    • Confirm details and click continue.
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions. Payment will be processed using your Qualified Card.
    • Upon successful payment, an e-ticket will be issued which can be viewed via the MTP mobile app or website. A copy will also be sent to your email address.
    • Present your e-Ticket at the airport fast track lane to access.

  1. What should I do if my Card is replaced or renewed?
    You must update your account and provide the new Card number to ensure uninterrupted access.

  2. What happens if my Card gets cancelled? 
    Membership is linked to the Card. Upon cancellation of the Card, membership gets automatically cancelled.
