BDO Titanium Mastercard Cardholders whose accounts are active and current (without past due balance) and without active BDO Platinum Mastercard will receive a new BDO Platinum Mastercard as a replacement.

Yes, please note that the following important details will change:

• Card Number
• Card Expiry (The BDO Platinum Mastercard will have a new card number with an updated expiry, if due for renewal)
• CVV (3-digit code found on the back of your Card)
 

The following account information will be retained:
 
• Virtual Card – Virtual cards linked to your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be automatically relinked to your new BDO Platinum Mastercard with the same card number.
• Credit Limit
• Supplementary Cards – All existing and active Supplementary Cards linked to your account will also be replaced together with your Principal Card.
• Sub-limit assigned to Supplementary Cards, if applicable
• Statement Date
 

The outstanding balance of your BDO Titanium Mastercard, including monthly installment amortization, if any, will be transferred to your new BDO Platinum Mastercard..

Yes, any remaining points balance from your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be transferred to your new BDO Platinum Mastercard.

No, the Priority Pass membership linked to your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be cancelled upon card replacement to BDO Platinum Mastercard. Please re-enroll using the details of your new BDO Platinum Mastercard to continue enjoying lounge access benefits. Click here to learn more.
 

Yes, your remaining free lounge visits will be carried over to the new account linked to your BDO Platinum Mastercard and can be used until December 31, 2024.

1. All payment arrangements enrolled through BDO using your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be automatically re-enrolled (e.g., Auto-Charge, Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA)).
 
2. For payment arrangements enrolled directly through specific merchants (e.g., Utility Bills, Insurance, Subscriptions, etc.), re-enroll using your NEW Card with the merchants to avoid service interruptions.
 

Activate and use your new Card as soon as you receive it. Once activated, your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be automatically cancelled.
 
Please properly dispose of your old card by cutting all the card details (card number, expiry date and CVV).
 

1. If you are using the BDO Online app, your new card details will automatically appear on your list of accounts.
 
2. If you are using BDO Online Banking via website, please log-in here and re-enroll your new Card. If not yet enrolled, click here to enroll.
 

Yes, if NOT interested in the card conversion, please call the BDO Customer Contact Center at (+632) 8888-0000 on or before August 31, 2024.
By OPTING OUT, you agree that your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be cancelled with no replacement. Any remaining balance will be billed until fully paid.
 
 
Titanium Replacement 
 

Your BDO Titanium Mastercard can only be used until January 30, 2025, or until Card expiry, whichever comes first. No replacement card/s will be issued. 
 

The outstanding balance of your BDO Titanium Mastercard, including monthly installment amortization and remaining unbilled transaction/s as of January 30, 2025, if any, will continue to be billed until fully settled.
 

Yes, any remaining points balance from your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be transferred to your existing BDO Platinum Mastercard by March 31, 2025.

The Priority Pass membership linked to your BDO Titanium Mastercard is valid until January 30, 2025, or until Card expiry, whichever comes first.
