The BDO Titanium Mastercard will be permanently discontinued.
 
With this, your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be cancelled with no replacement and can only be used until January 30, 2025 or by Card expiry, whichever comes first.
 
Important Reminders:
• Any remaining unbilled installment transactions and outstanding balance will continue to be billed until fully paid.
• Remaining Peso Points can be redeemed until March 31, 2025. Unredeemed points after the said date will be forfeited.
• Upon cancellation or Card expiry, please properly dispose of your Card and any Supplementary Card/s by cutting all the Card details (card number, expiry date, and CVV).
 
Please ensure that your mobile number, email address, and billing address with BDO are up-to-date to receive important updates and advisories about your Card.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your BDO Titanium Mastercard will be cancelled on January 31, 2025 or upon Card expiry, whichever comes first. No replacement card/s will be issued.
 
Upon cancellation or Card expiry, please properly dispose of your Card/s by cutting all the details (card number, expiry date, and CVV).
 

The outstanding balance of your BDO Titanium Mastercard, including monthly installment amortization and remaining unbilled transaction/s as of January 30, 2025, if any, will continue to be billed until fully settled.
 
Any transactions posted after Card cancellation on January 31, 2025 will no longer earn Peso Points. 
 

Your remaining Peso Points after Card cancellation on January 31, 2025, can be redeemed until March 31, 2025. Unredeemed points after the said date will be forfeited.

All payment arrangements using your BDO Titanium Mastercard enrolled through BDO (e.g., Auto-Charge, Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA)) and enrolled directly through specific merchants (e.g., Utility Bills, Insurance, Subscriptions, etc.,) will be cancelled on January 31, 2025 or by Card expiry, whichever comes first.

For payment arrangements enrolled through BDO using your BDO Titanium Mastercard, you can request for re-enrollment to another Card.

    • Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) – please log-in to BDO Online Banking or visit your branch of account.
 
For payment arrangements enrolled through merchants that you arranged on your own such as, but not limited to, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, etc., please re-enroll your Card with the merchant to avoid any service interruptions.
 

Yes, you can still use the Priority Pass membership linked to your BDO Titanium Mastercard only until January 30, 2025 or by Card expiry, whichever comes first.
