You might have some questions regarding the message that you received. See below FAQs:
 

As a valued BDO client of good standing, you have been approved for a BDO Credit Card based on the consent you provided during deposit account opening, loan application, or through our Sales Officer.

If you applied through our Sales Officer, your card will be delivered to the address you provided upon application. Otherwise, please expect delivery of your card to your registered home address.

An SMS shall be sent to you once your card is dispatched for delivery. Click here to request for re-delivery.

The BDO Credit Card and Credit Limit assigned to you are based on the initial assessment of your potential credit card needs. You may now view your inactive card via BDO Online and BDO Pay apps.

Yes, we would be glad to reevaluate your Credit Limit. You may request for an increase in credit limit at least 6 months after card issuance by calling BDO Contact Center at (+632) 8888-0000. Your card must be in good credit standing at the time of request. Please note that this is subject to evaluation and additional documents may be required to process the request.

Yes, you may request for another credit card provided that your account is in good credit standing. If your request is approved, your cards will have a shared Credit Limit. Apply for an Additional Credit Card here.

Your Membership Fee is waived for the first year. For the succeeding years, BDO offers a spend-based Membership Fee waiver for select credit card products. To know your credit card’s annual spend requirement, please click here.
