BDO UNIBANK, Inc. (BDO) is now a host to Land Registration Authority's (LRA) extension office, a move seen to benefit both the Bank and its clients especially in the area of loan processing.

The new extension office, located at the 8th floor of JMT Building in Ortigas, was inaugurated recently with key officers of the Bank and LRA in attendance. LRA Administrator Eulalio C. Diaz III described the partnership with BDO as a continued pursuit for transparency and convenience for the general public.

The said LRA extension office offers Anywhere-to-Anywhere Service (A2A) wherein clients can request for Certified True Copies of Titles which are kept in and under the jurisdiction of any Computerized Registry located in other parts of the country, and Parcel Verification Service (PVS) allowing the consumers to request for print-outs of their land parcel/lot configuration, based on the Technical Description of the original Title kept in the Registry.
