Be stylish while you earn Peso Points with your Bench Mastercard!

  1. The Peso Points Redemption Program is exclusive to Principal Cardholders. They are automatically enrolled and qualified to earn Peso Points as long as the account is maintained in good credit standing (i.e. active and current, no past due and over-limit balance). 

  2. Peso Points are awarded for every P1,000 spend on your Bench Mastercard, as follows:

  3. The following transactions will automatically earn Peso Points:
    • Local and international retail purchases (online and in-store)
    • EasyPay In-store installment purchases (posted monthly amortization)

  4. Exclusions:
    a. Bills Payments such as Auto Charge and Charge on Demand transactions
    b. Cash advances made via ATMs or over-the-counter
    c. BDO Internal Installment Programs such as Balance Transfer, EasyPay Cash, Cash-it-Easy, Balance Convert, EasyPay Convert;
    d. Bank fees and charges such as Cash Advance fees, Card Replacement fees, Sales Slip retrieval fees, Annual and Monthly Membership fees, Finance Charges, Late Payment charges, Interest charges, Purchase of Traveler’s Check, Returned Check fee, Installment Pre-payment fee, Refund fee, Check Cancel Replacement fee, other operational fees and charges and all other fees and charges similar or analogous to the foregoing enumeration as determined by BDO, shall be excluded from this Points Redemption Program and shall not earn any Credit Card Points.

  5. Peso Points earned shall be posted and reflected in the Cardholder’s monthly Statement of Account.    

  1. Generation of Cash Coupon
    • Accumulated Peso Points of at least 100 are automatically generated as a Cash Coupon and sent through the monthly Statement of Account. For Cardholders enrolled in eSOA, Cash Coupons will be printed and sent to the   Cardholder’s registered billing address.
    • Cash Coupons are generated in multiples of 100. Cardholder would have to continue to accumulate spending to reach another 100 Peso Points to enable automatic generation of Cash Coupon.
    • Request for regeneration of Cash Coupon due to non-receipt can be coursed through the BDO Customer Contact Center at 8631-8000 (Provincial Toll Free Number: 1-800-8-631-8000).

  2. Use of Cash Coupon
    • Cash Coupons are valid and redeemable within six (6) months from the statement date.
    • Cash Coupons can be used as payment on purchase of regular priced items.
    • Cash Coupons cannot be used for purchase of sale/promo bundles/consignment, gift packs & shoe care products. For Bench,  Herbench, Bench Body, Human and Kashieca, Cash Coupons cannot be used for purchase of cosmetics, FMCG items or Bench Gift Certificates.
    • Cash Coupons cannot be used as payment for bank fees, such as but not limited to Annual Membership Fees, Interest Charges, Cash Advance Fees and Late Payment charges.
    • Cash Coupons are non-convertible to cash, non-transferable and cannot be combined with other Bench Mastercard accounts.
    • Multiple redemptions of Cash Coupons through re-generation or other fraudulent means shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Bench Mastercard account or collected directly from the Cardholder.

  3. Redemption of Cash Coupon at Bench
    • Principal and Supplementary Cardholders can go to any participating Bench and Partner Global Brands stores nationwide.
    • Cardholders must surrender the following requirements upon redemption:

    Photocopy of the Principal Cardholder’s Bench Mastercard and valid photo ID with signature
    Original Statement of Account with the Cash Coupon
    Supplementary Cardholder’s Bench Mastercard Credit Card and photocopy of the Cardholder’s valid photo ID with signature
    Any valid Photo ID with signature (signature on ID and Credit Card should match)
    Authorization letter from the Principal Cardholder

  1. Lost or stolen Cash Coupons must be reported immediately by calling the BDO Contact Center at (+632) 8888-0000.

  2. BDO reserves the right to amend the rules on accumulating / earning Peso Points and adjust the required Peso Points to redeem. Changes may be posted in BDO Website or through other means of communication.

  3. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates,  fulfillment, nature of transactions, etc., BDO's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Cash Coupon or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO. BDO may ask for information and documents, if BDO deems necessary, from the Cardholder in the process of resolving the question or dispute. 

  4. BDO reserves the right to suspend participation of the Principal Cardholder in the Peso Points Redemption Program or forfeit earned Peso Points without BDO incurring liability as a consequence thereof if:
    a. BDO determines that the Principal Cardholder or Supplementary Cardholder has in any way breached these Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Credit Card, or
    b. BDO considers that there exists other reasonable ground/s to do so.

    Further, BDO reserves the right to reverse or deduct Peso Points and/or Cash Coupons erroneously credited and/or awarded (e.g. miscredited or over credited) to the Credit Card without need of consent or notice to Cardholder, and without BDO incurring liability as a    consequence thereof.  In case reversal or deduction cannot be effected, BDO reserves the  right to demand for immediate payment of the monetary equivalent of the Peso Points and/or  Cash Coupons erroneously credited and/or awarded or charge the monetary equivalent to the  Credit Card account of the Cardholder.

  5. Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of points in the Peso Points Redemption Program, as reasonably determined by BDO, may result in forfeiture of earned Peso Points and/or Cash Coupons.

  6. For failure to satisfy the requirements in clauses 3 to 5, the Principal and Supplementary Cardholder's redemption opportunities will be temporarily deferred until the conditions are satisfied, provided that the conditions are satisfied within the prescribed redemption period.

    Should any violation occur after Cash Coupon has been used as cash discount/value for their purchase, BDO reserves the right to reverse or deduct the value of the Cash Coupon or demand for immediate payment of the monetary equivalent to the Credit Card account of the Cardholder incurring liability as a consequence thereof.   

    In the case of Principal Cardholder delinquency, BDO reserves the right to reinstate his/her eligibility for Peso Points earning but is under no obligation to do so.
