BDO Checkout Welcome Promo Mechanics​

Sign up as a BDO Checkout merchant and Get ₱1,000 SM Gift Pass upon successful application.

Promo Details 

• Get ₱1,000 SM Gift Pass for every successful sign up on BDO Checkout.
• A maximum of ₱1,000 SM Gift Pass can be earned by a merchant during the Promo Period.
  
• The SM Gift Pass will be credited within sixty (60) days after the merchants have been successfully activated in the BDO Checkout system.

• April 23 to July 23, 2025

Eligibility

• Community Sellers/SMEs
• Businesses participating in Expos/Events 

Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo will run from April 23 to July 23, 2025. All sign-ups must be made within the Promo Period to get the incentive.   
2. To qualify for the Promo, the merchant must successfully sign up for BDO Checkout. Should be tagged in the BDO Checkout system as an active merchant within the promo period to get ₱1,000 SM Gift Pass.
3. Sign up to BDO Checkout can be done through the ff:
   • Directly to the website
   • Via paid media ads on Meta re-directed to the website
4. A Merchant can only get a maximum of ₱1,000 SM Gift Pass during the Promo Period.  
5. Merchant must provide correct and active mobile number and email address for SM Gift Pass crediting purposes.   
   
6. The SM Gift Pass will be credited within sixty (60) days after the merchant has been successfully activated in the BDO Checkout system as an active merchant and will be notified and credited via Viber/SMS/E-mail. 
7. Merchant can redeem the SM Gift Pass upon presenting these at the Bills Payment counter in the SM Department Store. Terms and Conditions 

1. The newly activated merchant is eligible to join other BDO Checkout ongoing promos in relation to first usage.
2. All questions or disputes must be raised by the merchant within sixty (60) calendar days from the end of the Promo Period. 
3. It is the merchant’s responsibility to provide and update their contact information with BDO. Merchants whose contact information in BDO's records are not updated or correct, who have the same mobile/phone number or email address as another customer/account in BDO records, or who have opted out of receiving marketing communications from BDO based on BDO's records will not receive the communication about the Promo.
4. SM Gift Pass will be credited to the merchant within 60 days after successful sign up to BDO Checkout.
