If you are new to the BDO Online app:
1. Click on "Need help logging in."
2. Select "I'd like to reset my password."
3. Enter your Username and the last 4 digits of your account.
4. Create your new password.
If you have existing access to the BDO Online app:
1. Click "Log in."
2. Click "Forgot PIN?"
3. Click on "Need help logging in."
4. Select "I'd like to reset my password."
5. Enter your Username and the last 4 digits of your account.
6. Create your new password.
