Sa halagang ₱500, pwedeng makakuha ng hanggang ₱600,000 na accidental insurance at hanggang ₱9,300 na hospital confinement allowance. 

  1. Coverage is effective for one (1) year from the time a completely filled out application is submitted and premium has been paid.
  2. For more details, refer to the Double Accidental Death and Disability Due to Specific Causes feature listed under the Description of Benefits and Riders.
  3. Illnesses resulting in confinements within the first 90 days of coverage are not covered. A complete list of the exclusions may be viewed in the group Master Policy Contract.

Pwede kang mag-avail ng Personal Accident Insurance Plan kung ikaw ay 18-70 years old at depositor o borrower (may loan) ka sa BDONB.

Covered agad ang isang qualified na Insured matapos i-submit ang application form at mabayaran ito. Bilang patunay ng coverage, ang Insured Member ay makakatanggap ng Statement of Insurance at confirmation via SMS and email. Mananatili ang bisa ng iyong coverage sa loob ng isang buong taon.

Ang basic insurance coverage ng bawat plan ay ₱300,000. Kung kailangan ng mas malaking insurance coverage, pwede kang bumili ng hanggang sampung (10) certificates na may maximum na ₱3,000,000 coverage amount ‘pag na-aksidente.

Makakatanggap ng ₱10,000 in Burial Cash Assistance Benefit ang iyong mga mahal sa buhay anumang dahilan ng pagpanaw.

Kung ang pagkaka-ospital ay sanhi ng isang aksidente, ang araw-araw na benepisyo ay agad na babayaran. Samantala, kung ang pagkaka-confine ay dahil sa sakit, ang benepisyo ay mababayaran lamang kung ito ay nangyari nang hindi bababa sa 91 days pagkatapos maging aktibo ang coverage ng Insured Member.

  • BDO Pay/BDO Mobile Banking App (No enrollment required): Pindutin ang “Pay” at piliin ang “Pay Bills”.
    • Pindutin ang “Insurance” at piliin ang Biller Name na makikita sa FAQs section ng iyong application at kumpletuhin ang mga sumusunod:
      • Client Account Code/Invoice/COC Number: Gamitin ang 10-digit Certificate Number na makikita sa likod ng application form
      • Subscriber’s Account Name: Full Name of the Insured
  • BDO Personal Online Banking 
    • Pindutin ang “Enrollment” at piliin ang “Company/Biller”. Tapos i-enroll ang “BDO Life” bilang biller.
    • I-fill out ang mga sumusunod na enrollment details at pindutin ang “Submit”

      • Subscriber’s Account Name: Full Name of the Insured
      • Subscriber’s Account Number: Gamitin ang 10-digit Certificate Number na makikita sa likod ng application form

  • Ipa-deduct sa loan proceeds o magbigay ng debit advice kung ikaw ay BDONB borrower
