Just like a BDO Cash Card, the BDO Pay Card lets you withdraw for free from any BDO ATM nationwide and allows you to make card payments in stores that accept BancNet debit cards. Â
The main difference is that the BDO Pay Card is connected to a Basic Account which you can link to the BDO Pay app. This app lets you Scan to Pay, Pay Bills, Send Money, Request Money, and more! Â
Only Retail Cash Card holders are eligible for a free BDO Pay Card. For Payroll Cash Card holders, please wait for your company HR to coordinate with you on the replacement of your Cash Card.Â
After March 31, 2025, you will no longer be able to access the funds and transact using your Cash Card.
You can only do Cash Card reloading over the counter in branches and ATMs until January 31, 2025.
You may withdraw the remaining balance via ATM or consume the balance through POS using the Cash Card only until March 31, 2025.Â
For Retail Cash Cards for replacement but with no existing balance, you may visit a BDO branch and bring a valid ID. Our branch personnel will be ready to assist in creating your Basic Account. Â
 Â
For Retail Cash Cards for replacement but with existing balance (i.e. tagged/declared as Lost/Stolen card, Captured, Unauthorized, Damaged & Forgotten PIN), customers will no longer be issued a replacement Cash Card in the branch. Please withdraw/consume existing balance and avail of a BDO Pay Card before March 31, 2025.
