Get your BDO Pay Card today!

The BDO Pay Card is available to all existing BDO Pay accountholders. If you already have a BDO Pay Account, follow these steps to get your BDO Pay Card:

 

1. Go to your preferred BDO branch.

 
2. Provide a government-issued ID and get the card for only PHP 150.
 
3. Reset your PIN at any BDO ATM and start using your BDO Pay Card.

What is the BDO Pay Card?

The BDO Pay Card is a physical card that goes with your BDO Pay Account. Once it is linked to your BDO Pay Account, you can use it to withdraw cash at ATMs, and make card payments in stores that accept BancNet.

What is the difference between the BDO Pay Card and the BDO Debit Card?

The BDO Pay Card can only be linked to your BDO Pay Account. Meanwhile, the Debit Card is linked to a Checking or Savings Account. You can only have one (1) BDO Pay Card, and cannot use it overseas or for online payments.

How do I get a BDO Pay Card?
To get a BDO Pay Card, you must first open a BDO Pay Account through the BDO Pay app. Follow these steps to open a BDO Pay Account:
 

1. Download the BDO Pay app from Google Play Store, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery

2. Open the app and choose I want to open a BDO Pay Account

3. Tap Start Application, then choose if you want a BDO Pay Account or an Upgraded BDO Pay Account

 

Once you have an existing BDO Pay Account, you can purchase a BDO Pay Card by following these steps:

1. Go to any of the following BDO branches.

2. Present one government-issued ID, along with the following information: 

     • Full name

     • Birth date

     • BDO Pay Account number*

*You can find your BDO Pay Account number in the PDF attachment in your Welcome email, or get it by logging in to your Online Banking account. If you log in via browser, click on My Accounts > My Accounts. If you log in via BDO Online app, just tap on your BDO Pay account to view the account number.

Is there a fee for getting a BDO Pay card?

Yes, the BDO Pay Card is PHP 150.

How do I link my BDO Pay Card to my BDO Pay Account?

As of now, our BDO branch personnel will link it for you. Please be ready with the following:

     • One (1) valid primary government ID with your full name and birth date.

     • Your BDO Pay Account number*

The BDO branch personnel will also ask you to fill out an ATM Debit Card Form, which they’ll provide.

Can I use my BDO Pay Card immediately?

You can start using your BDO Pay Card immediately after you've reset your PIN. Here are the steps to do it:

1. Go to any BDO ATM and insert your card

2. Select Other Services > PIN Change

3. Enter your default PIN: 123456

4. Set your new 6-digit PIN

 

 

How can I cash in to my BDO Pay card?
Cashing in to your BDO Pay Card is the same as cashing in to your BDO Pay Account. Here are two ways to do it: 
 
1. Through Cash Deposit Machine:
 
Cardless Deposit
1. Choose Cardless Transaction > Confirm > Deposit Cash > Savings
2. Enter your account number, then insert your cash in the bin
3. Double-check your transaction details and tap Confirm
 
Carded Deposit
1. Insert Card > Choose Cash Deposit > BDO Cash Card
2. Enter your PIN, then insert your cash in the bin 
3. Double-check your transaction details and tap Confirm

Adding money through a Cash Deposit Machine is free. To locate the nearest Cash Deposit Machine, visit https://www.bdo.com.ph/mobile/ebanking/cash-deposit-machine
 
2. Through other banks and mobile wallets:
 
1. Choose to Transfer or Send to a BDO account 
2. Enter your BDO Pay Account details and the amount you want to transfer 
3. Confirm the transaction

If you have an Upgraded BDO Pay Account, you can also cash in to your account over the counter at any BDO Branch nationwide.
 
Can I link a BDO Pay Card to a BDO Savings or Checking Account?

No, your BDO Pay Card can only be linked to your BDO Pay Account.

Can I withdraw using my BDO Pay Card?

Yes, you can withdraw from any BDO ATM nationwide for free, as well as all non-BDO ATMs in the Philippines. Using your BDO Pay Card at non-BDO ATMs will incur fees which may vary depending on the bank.

Are there ATM fees for using my BDO Pay Card?

There are no transaction fees if you withdraw or make a balance inquiry using BDO ATMs, BDO Network Bank ATMs, and 7-Eleven ATMs. Additional fees may apply for using your BDO Pay Card at non-BDO ATMs.

Can I shop online with my BDO Pay Card?

We are working on making this feature available to you. Currently, you can only use your BDO Pay Card to shop in stores where BancNet ATM cards are accepted.

Where can I use my BDO Pay Card to shop?

You can use it to pay in stores and other establishments where BancNet debit cards are accepted.

Why can’t I see all my BDO Pay Card transactions on the BDO Pay app?

Right now, only transactions done on the BDO Pay app can be viewed in the app’s transaction history. You can also download the BDO Online app to view the transaction history of your BDO Pay Card.

I lost my BDO Pay Card. How do I block it and unlink it from my BDO Pay Account?

For lost or stolen cards, immediately call the BDO Contact Center to block the card and unlink it from your BDO Pay Account.

Will my next BDO Pay Card have the same number?
No. If you request or purchase a new BDO Pay Card, it will have a different card number.
Can I have more than one BDO Pay Card?
No. You can only have one (1) BDO Pay Card per account.
Does my BDO Pay Card expire?

The expiry date of the card is found on the front of your card.

If my BDO Pay Card expires, how do I get a new one?

How do I switch to an Upgraded Pay Account?

Upgrading your BDO Pay Account is currently unavailable, but we’re working on making this available for you soon.

How do I get a second BDO Pay Card?

Accountholders are only allowed to have one (1) BDO Pay Card. You can easily open a Savings Account online by going to bdo.com.ph/online-account-opening
