Having trouble with your BDO Pay login? Reset your password in the app.
1. Open the BDO Pay app and enter your mobile number.
2. On the screen where you’re asked for your Online Banking username and password, tap Need help logging in?
3. Choose I’d like to reset my password
4. Type in the requested information, then tap Next
5. Log in to the BDO Pay app with your new password.
