How to cash in to your Lazada Wallet
Learn more about linking your Digital Banking account to Lazada Wallet
The newest way to cash in to your Lazada wallet is by linking your BDO Digital Banking account to the Lazada app or website! You can use your Current or Savings account to cash in and pay.
You can also top up your Lazada wallet by using your BDO Credit Card, or via Bills Payment on BDO Digital Banking.
Linking your BDO account to your Lazada wallet makes transactions more convenient. Topping up your Lazada wallet using your BDO account is one OTP away!
You must have a BDO Digital Banking account. To link your BDO account, you also need an activated Lazada wallet.
You can use any Savings Account or Checking Account that’s already linked to your BDO Digital Banking account. You can only link one account to Lazada. To change your linked BDO account, you need to first remove the currently linked account before adding a new one.
1. Go to www.lazada.com.ph or open the Lazada mobile app
2. Go to “Account” and click “Lazada Wallet”
3. Click “Cash In” and enter the amount you’d like to add to your Lazada wallet
4. Choose “BDO” as the payment method, then click “Continue”. This will redirect you to the BDO Digital Banking login page.
5. On the BDO Digital Banking login page, enter your username and password, then click “Log In”. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
6. Choose which BDO account you’d like to link to Lazada.
7. You will receive a notification on the successful linking via text message and email. You will also receive an email notification when you cash in.
Note: Every time you change the password of your BDO Digital Banking account, you will be prompted to re-login on Lazada for authentication.
Minimum amount for Lazada is PHP 20
Your Lazada wallet can only hold a maximum of PHP 50,000
We have put measures in place to make sure the process of linking your account is safe. Your BDO Digital Banking account has a two-factor authentication process, which requires both your login details and an OTP before an account is linked.
Your data is also safe. BDO does not share account number details to Lazada. resBDO also sends notifications to your registered email and mobile number every time an account is linked. As additional precautions, never share your BDO Digital Banking account details (username, password, OTP) with anyone.
Please use your Digital Banking username and peassword.
You may have entered the wrong username and password multiple times and have reached the maximum allowable attempts to log in. To proceed, you may reset your password on the BDO website. Go to online.bdo.com.ph and click “Forgot your Password?”
If you did not receive your OTP via text message, please check if you’re getting signal from your network provider. You may also click “Did not get any OTP” to trigger a new OTP text message.
To keep your account secure, you will be asked to log in again with your Digital Banking details. To proceed, log in with your username, password, and OTP.
You may currently not have a valid Savings or Current Account in Digital Banking that can be linked to Lazada, or your accounts may already be linked to another Lazada account. For your security, we allow only one Lazada account to be linked to one BDO Savings or Current Account.
For your security, you can only link and perform cash in transactions via the Lazada App or the website. Please link your BDO account from either the app or the website.
BDO sends out an email notification on successful account linking to your Digital Banking-registered email address. If you did not receive the email, please check the following:
- Check your internet connection
- Check your Junk or Spam folder

To verify the transaction, you may check your transactions under Digital Banking by checking My Accounts > My Transactions. You can also check your Transaction History using the Lazada app or the website.
Your refund will be processed through the same payment method you originally used. In this case, your BDO account was your cash in method and your Lazada wallet was your payment method. Your refund will then be credited to your Lazada wallet.
Please check the following:
1. Account has sufficient balance for the transaction
2. Recent transaction must not have already gone beyond the limit for the day
3. Linked account is still an active account
4. Linked account must be registered to Digital Banking
If you have checked all of the above and are still unable to cash in, please call BDO Customer Contact Center at 8631-8000.
You may view your transactions by going to My Accounts > My Transactions. Your transaction may be posted the next banking day if transaction was made after banking hours. Your cash in transaction to your Lazada wallet will be reflected as LAZADA PHI PPAY.

The newest way to cash in to your Grab Wallet is by linking your BDO Digital Banking account to GrabPay!
You can also cash in using your BDO Credit Card, or via Send Money (InstaPay) on BDO Digital Banking.
Linking your BDO account to your Grab wallet makes transactions more convenient. Topping up your Grab wallet using your BDO account is one OTP away!
You must have a BDO Digital Banking account. To link your BDO account, you also need an activated Grab wallet.
You can use any Savings Account or Checking Account that’s already linked to your BDO Digital Banking account. You may link more than one BDO Savings or Checking account to your Grab wallet.
1. Open the Grab mobile app
2. Go to Payment then tap Cash In
3. Choose “Linked Bank Account,” then choose BDO under “Link a new account”
4. Tap “Link Now.” This will redirect you to the BDO Digital Banking login page.
5. On the BDO Digital Banking login page, enter your username and password, then click “Log In”. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
6. Choose which BDO account you’d like to link to Grab.
7. You will receive a notification on the successful linking via text message and email. You will also receive an email notification when you cash in.

Yes. If you’d like to unlink your BDO account, open the Grab mobile app and go to Payment. Click on the gear icon on the upper right part of the screen. Choose the BDO account you’d like to unlink, then tap “Unlink Account.” You will receive an email and text message confirming the successful unlinking.
