	Founded in 1997, Bantay Bata 163 started as a child welfare program for children at risk. Through the years, its services have evolved to include helping indigent children through medical assistance and scholarships. It has broadened its scope to include the community to help advance its advocacies empowering the family through education and information campaigns. 	BDO Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of BDO Unibank, addresses the needs of marginalized members of society through its disaster response and financial inclusion advocacies. Leveraging the wide network of BDO branches and the volunteerism of BDO employees, the foundation mounts relief operations in provinces hit by calamities. It rehabilitates rural health units and builds resettlement homes, school buildings and multi-purpose halls in disaster-stricken and economically disadvantaged communities across the country. Through its financial literacy programs for educators, the Filipino youth, overseas Filipino workers, soldiers, farmers and small entrepreneurs, BDO Foundation promotes financial inclusion, contributes to the development of a financially literate citizenry and supports nation-building. 	Childhope aims to empower street children and their families, and help them get access to better future. It believes in education without borders, where the alternative education sessions seek to make a difference in the lives of street children by giving them the chance to read, write, and learn. Childhope support and ensure the continuous and holistic learning and development of its street children participants, enrolled either in formal school or in alternative education through its comprehensive Street Education Program in Metro Manila. These include psychosocial interventions, medical and health services, paralegal assistance and skills training among street children. 	Hands on Manila is a volunteer non-profit organization  established in August 2001. It has since helped over 97 corporations through its innovative and flexible model of volunteer service for employees with busy schedules. It also curates and publishes on its website a yearly calendar of activities for individual volunteers. Its volunteer programs are anchored on four social pillars: health/nutrition, education, environment and livelihood. 	Haribon Foundation for the Conservation of Natural Resources, is a non-profit and non-government organization dedicated to the conservation of Philippine biodiversity. It is a membership organization with a vision of transforming every individual into a biodiversity champion. Haribon advocates for biodiversity conservation through building constituencies, empowering communities and applying a multi-disciplinary approach.    2. Call the BDO Customer Contact Center at 8631-8000 or 1-800-10-6318000 (Domestic Toll-free).
       

2. For fixed monthly donation (Auto Charge):

   1. Text AC<space>First Name<space>Last Name of subscriber/First 6 digits of Credit Card/Last 4 digits of Credit Card/Cardholder Date of Birth as MMDDYY/Name of Charity/ SubscriberAccount Number and send to 225678*.
      *Free of charge.

      To get your account number:
      Last 4 digits of your Credit Card + Cardholder Date of Birth (MMDDYY )+ Date of Enrollment (MMDDYY) = XXXXMMDDYYMMDDYY

      • Last 4 digits of Credit Card: 1234
