NOTICE TO THE PARTICIPANTS OF BDO DOLLAR MONEY MARKET FUND

Increase in the Trust Fee of BDO Dollar Money Market Fund
Dear Valued Investor,
We wish to inform you of the increase in the trust fee of BDO Dollar Money Market Fund (the “Fund”) effective September 1, 2023.

As a background, the trust fee of the Fund was reduced in October 2021 to support the Fund’s investment objective of capital preservation and income generation when the prevailing U.S. Dollar time deposit rates were at an all-time low. Interest rates have normalized in recent months and the Fund is now providing a one-year return of 2.09% as of June 30, 2023. In line with the better market performance, we are reverting back to the original trust fee of 0.50% per annum of the Fund.
Please note that this change poses no effect on the investment strategy of the Fund. The Fund will continue to be managed in line with the Fund’s investment objective and policies.
We advise you to evaluate this change carefully. If the Fund remains suitable to your investment profile, there is no need for you to do anything. Your decision to remain invested in the Fund will be deemed as your conformity with the amendment. If this is not the case or you are not in conformity with the above amendment, you may get in touch with your UITF Servicing Branch on or before August 31, 2023 to discuss other BDO UITFs/investment products that may better match your requirements. Non-completion fees, if any, shall be waived if redemption orders are made prior to the effectivity date.
