In line with our continuing efforts to improve our existing products to address your dynamic needs, the following amendments to the Plan Rules of the BDO Dollar Money Market Fund (the “Fund”) will be implemented effective 30 November 2017:

Above changes were approved by the BDO Trust Committee during its meeting held on 29 July 2017 (TR No. 2017-07-11), by the BDO Board of Directors in its regular meeting held on 26 August 2017, and by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas effective 4 October 2017.
Please note that there will be no change in the investment objective as well as in the management fee of the Fund.
