To check your Credit Card Application Status, please follow the steps below:

Your reference number was sent to you via SMS and/or email. If you received a notification similar to the one below, click this link. You will need to input the reference number and the email address you used in your BDO Credit Card application.
If no reference number, kindly proceed to Step 2 |
| If the reference number was not received or if the credit card application cannot be found using the link in Step 1, kindly call our BDO Contact Center (+632) 8888-0000 and press 1 for Philippine Customers 3 for BDO Cards ⇒1 for BDO Credit Cards ⇒ 5 for Card Application Status. |
