BDO Pay App Update

Having trouble updating your BDO Pay app? ​

​1. Please uninstall your existing BDO Pay app​​
2. Download the latest version from Google Play Store, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery​​
3. Enter your mobile number, log in to your account with your Online Banking username and password, then enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) you'll receive via text message​
 

Having trouble logging in to your app? Reset your password on the new BDO Online app​

1. Download the new BDO Online app from Google Play Store or App Store​
2. Reset your password. Open the app, then tap Need help? > I forgot my password​
3. Enter the required information* and enter your new password​
 
​The password you set on the new BDO Online app will not automatically reflect on the other Online Banking channels. To manually update it on the existing Digital Banking app and website: ​
1. Go to online.bdo.com.ph and click Forgot password?​
2. Enter your username, then click Verify​
3. Enter the required information* and enter the password you used on the BDO Online app​
*For Savings and Checking account, use the last 4 digits of your account number instead of your Debit card number. You’ll find the last 4 digits of your account(s) on the existing BDO Digital Banking app.​
