Possible reason/s could be any or a combination of the following:

  • You may have included transactions that are not qualified for this promotion. (For the list of excluded transactions, check out bit.ly/BDOEMCA2).

  • You may have included transactions that were already redeemed from another BDO promotion.

  • Your supermarket/drugstore/ wholesale and distribution transactions may have reached the maximum limit of Php100,000 within the promo period.

  • Your single-receipt transaction is less than the minimum amount of Php10,000 or USD200 per charge slip.

  • The transactions you registered did not fall within the spend period.

  • Your total qualified transactions did not reach the required spend amount of your preferred Shopping Reward.

  • You may have included the transactions that were made by another account (either your Principal or Supplementary Card).
