What's new with BDO Rewards

BDO Rewards gets a new look!

Starting April 2016, BDO Rewards will produce and distribute new card designs that will highlight the gem’s facets – symbolizing the many and diverse facets of how BDO has made banking truly rewarding thru BDO Rewards.

Existing, valid BDO Rewards cards will still be accepted and may still be used in all its retail partners. Members will get their new cards when their cards expire.

Your BDO Emerald Rewards card’s validity

Emerald Rewards card not only has a new look but will now be valid for 2 years only similar to Sapphire and Diamond Rewards cards. This is a new and exciting development and will make the program even more dynamic – with Emerald Rewards members knowing when to push and work hard to reach the next higher tier level.

Recarding will be done in phases and members’ new Emerald Rewards cards with validity will be delivered to their respective mailing addresses on record. Existing Emerald Rewards cards will still be accepted in all retail partners until recarding has been completed.

Rewards upgrade is now automatic!

Effective April 2016, all BDO Rewards members who meet the points requirement for the higher tier will get automatically upgraded.

• Sapphire: 2, 500 to 9,999 BDO Rewards points
• Diamond: 10,000 points

Sapphire Rewards cards will be delivered to the mailing address on record and Diamond Rewards card will be delivered to the member’s branch of account.

Valid and activated card may still be used for points earning and redemption until the new, higher tier card is activated.

Members may request for their extension cards to be upgraded. Just surrender your valid, lower tier Rewards extension card to your branch of account. All terms and conditions of extension card shall apply.
