Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI), a member of the Bounty Fresh Group of Companies, has signed an agreement with BDO Unibank, Inc. (BDO) for its cash management services. 

BAVI will use BDO’s Integrated Disbursement Solution to streamline its commercial payments.

“Instead of preparing their own checks, BAVI will now transmit electronic instructions to us to prepare checks and release them to suppliers,” said BDO SVP and Head of Transaction Banking Group Emmanuel Narciso. 

Likewise, BAVI will avail of BDO’s account sweeping facility to automate its collection process from more than 1,000 outlets of Chooks to Go, BAVI’s oven-roasted chicken business.

“We assure BAVI that its cash will be concentrated in one account at the end of the day for full visibility and easy deployment of their funds,” Narciso said. 

The MoA signing ceremonies were attended by BAVI Chairman Tennyson Chen, BAVI VP for Finance Jose Chanyungco, Bounty Group Managing Director Debbie Chung, BDO President Nestor Tan, BDO SVP and Head of Cash Management Services Jaime Nasol and BDO FVP and Head of Account Management Edgardo Marcelo Jr.
