Terms and Conditions:

1. Open to all Junior Savers accountholders.
    
2. Promo will run from December 1, 2019 – January 31, 2020.
    
3. Upon promo availment, the Junior Savers account holder must present his/her Junior Savers passbook and/or ATM card to any participating TK branches.

4. TK may require the Junior Savers accountholder/parent/guardian (“Client”) to log name and other details for tracking of promo availments.  Please note that no BDO account number and other sensitive personal information shall be requested. Client shall provide the details directly to TK.  BDO will not release any information of its accountholders for the fulfillment of this promo.  If Client is requested and provides any information to TK, such information shall be subject to TK’s privacy policy.   BDO shall not be receiving any information collected by TK pursuant to this promo.  Therefore, BDO shall have no liability arising out of the collection of information by the retail partners.
    
5. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Candies and batteries are excluded from the discount.
    
6. BDO is not liable for any perks and privileges not being available or being withdrawn for any reason whatsoever by BDO and TK. 

1. In the event that (a) a Junior Savers ATM or Passbook is not accepted, honored or processed by any of the featured retail partners for any reason whatsoever; or (b) any benefit to which a BDO Junior Savers Accountholder is entitled to is not extended or granted for any reason whatsoever, the Client shall direct any complaint regarding either of the foregoing to TK for action. Any complaint that BDO may receive in connection with this promo shall be referred to TK.
2. All applicable costs, charges, claims or liabilities including duties, taxes and fees in availing of any perks and privileges under this promo shall be borne by the Client.

7. BDO reserves the right to modify and/or withdraw perks from any Client who may be involved in any form of promo abuse with prior approval by DTI.
