Basic Requirements

1. Valid ID of owner or signatories authorized to transact with BDO

2. BIR Registration Certificate (BIR Form 2303)

Other Business Documents:

Sole Proprietorship

• Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Business Registration or DTI Business Name Certification

Partnership

• Articles of Partnership with SEC Certificate or Partnership

• Original and notarized Partnership Resolution authorizing the signatory to enter into an agreement with BDO

Corporation

• Articles of Incorporation and By Laws with SEC Certificate of Incorporation

• Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)

• Original and notarized Board Resolution / Secretary Certificate authorizing the signatory to enter into an agreement with BDO
