Promo Mechanics:

  1. The Promo is open to select active and current BDO Credit Card customers (“Qualified Customer”) who will receive the promo announcement via SMS (from “BDODEALS”).

  2. The promo will run from April 15 – July 15, 2019.

  3. Qualified Customer will earn P3,000 (or USD 60) Rebate on his installment transaction upon reaching the required single or accumulated installment spend of P100,000 made within the promo period.  All installment transactions of principal cardholder, including his virtual card(s) and/or supplementary card(s), shall be considered in the computation of the required single or accumulated installment spend. Both 0% interest and regular (with add-on rates) installment transactions are qualified for the promo.

Excluded Transactions:

  1. Local/International Cash Advance made via ATM or over-the-counter

  2. Any type of Bills Payment (Auto-charge, Charge-On-Demand, Utility/Recurring Bills, Loan Payments, etc.)

  3. Purchases from Gasoline/Service Stations, Utilities – Gas, Electric, Water, etc.

  4. Transactions from Casino or from merchants engaged in Gambling

  5. Transactions from trading services/remittances

  6. BDO Internal Installment Programs such as but not limited to Balance Transfer, EasyPay Cash, Cash-It-Easy and EasyPay Convert.

  1. A Qualified Customer can earn P3,000 (or USD 60) Rebate based on the following conditions:
    1. The combined single or accumulated installment transactions of the Principal and    Supplementary cardholders must meet the spend requirement to qualify for the Promo.

    2. All installment transactions of the Principal Cardholder, including transactions under  his/her virtual cards and supplementary cards, shall be considered in the computation of the required single or accumulated installment spend.  The Supplementary Cardholder will not receive a separate Rebate even if the Supplementary Cardholder reached the required minimum installment spend.

    3. A Qualified Customer can only be awarded with the Rebate once during the Promo Period even if he/she has more than one (1) BDO Credit Card and the actual single or accumulated spend is over and beyond the required minimum installment spend of P100,000.  The Rebate will be credited to the credit card number with the highest installment usage.

    4. The Rebate earned by the Qualified Customers shall be credited on August 15, 2019.

    5. For USD-denominated BDO Credit Cards, the P3,000 Rebate will be converted to USD currency using USD 1 = PHP 50 exchange rate.

    6. All BDO Credit Cards must be active and no past due obligation from the start of the  Promo until the scheduled crediting of rebate.

    7. For Qualified Customers with multiple cards, delinquency of at least one card affects the over-all customer status and therefore will no longer be eligible for the promotion.

    8. For cards with dual currency, delinquency of one currency affects the other and therefore will no longer be eligible for the promotion.

  2. Qualified Customer will be notified via SMS on August 19, 2019 upon successful processing of the rebate.  BDO will not be responsible for the non-receipt of SMS notification due to incorrect contact details.

  3. Rebate credited is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-convertible to cash or items.  Rebates are treated as a credit or payment on any outstanding balance on the BDO Credit Card.

  4. BDO reserves the right to reverse the Rebate previously credited to the Qualified Customer if the qualifying transaction is cancelled on a later date or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or if the Rebate was erroneously credited.

  5. Transaction(s) qualified to earn Rebate under this Promo may no longer be used to avail of other BDO Promo(s) such as, but not limited to, Shop. Choose. Redeem., Installment Treats, The SM Store 3-Day Sale Rebate Promo, Activation Programs, Points Multiplier Promos, 50% Off Dining Privileges, other rebate promos, etc.  Consequently, installment transaction(s) used to redeem from other promos shall be removed in the computation of the required single or accumulated spend under this Promo.  If found to have double or multiple redemption(s), BDO reserves the right to reverse the Rebate previously credited.

  6. Qualified Customers must examine his Statement of Account (SOA) for any error related to the Installment Rebate Promo (i.e. rebate computation and/or non-awarding of rebate).  All questions or issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days from August 15, 2019, after which the Promo is considered final and conclusive.

  7. All BDO installment transactions are subject to bank approval and subject to EasyPay Installment's Terms and Conditions.

  8. The entire installment transaction amount shall be deducted from the Qualified Customer's available credit limit.

  9. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to BDO Credit Card customer's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, BDO's decision shall prevail.  All questions or disputes regarding the customer's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by BDO in concurrence with DTI.
