1 FOR CUSTOMERS WITH BDO ACCOUNTS
Check your Auto, Home or SME Loan Account via BDO Online Banking with these easy steps:
1) Login to your BDO Online Banking account
2) From the left menu bar, click on Enrollment > Own Account > Enroll
3) Fill out the form with your loan account details, then click Submit
4) Once you’ve enrolled your loan account/s, you’ll be able to see them under My Account Details
2 FOR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT BDO ACCOUNTS
Don’t have a BDO Account? You can still check your Auto, Home or SME Loan Account with our Quick Loan Inquiry function:
1) Go to the BDO Website
2) From the left menu bar, click on Loans > Quick Inquiry
3) Fill out the form with your loan account details and some additional personal details to verify your identity
4) You will be sent a One-Time Password (OTP) over your registered mobile number.
5) Enter the OTP and you will be able to view your loan details
3 FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WANT MORE INFORMATION AND NEED TO UPDATE/CHANGE DETAILS FOR THEIR BDO LOANS:
Get more details on your BDO Loan online, update your information, request for documents, get payment details or even release collateral of your Auto, Home or SME Loan Account with a few easy steps
1) Go to the BDO Website
2) From the left menu bar, click on Loans > Loan Services
3) Choose your loan service option
