4. An Installment Availment Fee of P250 will be charged for every approved Balance Transfer Special Rate
    application and will be billed and reflected on the Cardholder's Statement of Account.
5. Balance Transfer Special Rate applications are subject to the approval of BDO. Once approved, the Terms and
    Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit Cards, the Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions,
     and the prevailing fees and charges shall apply.
