Supplementary Card Change

Dear valued Cardholder,

We are currently in the process of migrating to a new Loyalty System.

Effective October 18, 2020, all Supplementary card types earning Cash Coupons (e.g. Forever 21 and Bench Mastercard) attached to a Principal Platinum, Titanium or Gold Mastercard earning Credit Card Points will be discontinued.

May we request for a few minutes of your time to click on the link below and allow us to facilitate the following:

1. Deactivate your existing Supplementary card and issue a NEW Supplementary card, which will follow the same card type as that of the Principal card (e.g. Principal card: Gold Mastercard; NEW Supplementary card: Gold Mastercard).

2. Present the related fees of the NEW Gold or Platinum/Titanium Supplementary card.

If no response is received by September 20, 2020, your existing Supplementary card will automatically be deactivated and a NEW Supplementary card will be issued.
