To qualify, Cardholder must use Forever 21 Mastercard with ending number specified on the Viber/SMS or email announcement and have posted transactions as follows:

Retail purchases (online and in-store)

Installment purchases (principal amount only)

Minimum amount per transaction must be P2,500

The cumulative qualified spend must be at least P15,000

Earning of Cash Credit:

The maximum Cash Credit entitlement is P2,500 per Cardholder based on the table below:

A Principal Card is treated separately from the Supplementary Card. In computing for the total qualified Spend Amount, transactions of the Principal Card cannot be combined with the transactions of the Supplementary Card.

Cash Credit earned by Supplementary Cardholder will be posted to the Principal Cardholder’s account;

Qualified Cardholders will receive an SMS* on or before the following dates, upon successful posting of Cash Credit earned and will appear on the succeeding Statement of Account (SOA).

Exclusions:

Cash advances made via ATM or over-the-counter and cash in to load e-wallets/prepaid cards such as PayMaya, Gcash, etc.;

Transactions from Casino or from merchants engaged in Gambling

Transactions from trading services / remittances

BDO Internal Installment Programs such as Balance Transfer, EasyPay Cash and Cash-it-Easy

Cardholder understands that by joining the Promo, purchases must not be used to redeem from other ongoing BDO promos such as but not limited to Spend Anywhere Cash Back Treats, Supermarket Shopping Treat, etc. By choosing to redeem other offers before the Cash Credit awarding, BDO understands that Cardholder forfeits eligibility to earn the Cash Credit.
*Cardholder must ensure that the mobile number registered with the bank is always updated and active. If no SMS is received, please call BDO Customer Contact Center at (02) 8631-8000.
General Terms and Conditions:

Cardholder must examine their SOA for any error/s related to the Promo (e.g. cash credit computation, non-awarding of cash credit). All questions and issues arising from the Promo will be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days from posting of Cash Credit, after which the Promo is considered conclusive.

Cash Credit is non-transferrable, non-refundable, and non-convertible to cash. It is treated as a credit or payment on any outstanding balance on the Cardholders’ account.

Double Redemption, Cancellation of qualified purchase and Fraudulent transaction/s
The Cash Credit cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers of BDO. A Cardholder’s purchase that has been used to redeem the Cash Credit may no longer be used to avail of another BDO promo such as but not limited to (1) Spend Anywhere Cash Back Treats (2) Other Cash Credit Promos and the like or vice versa. If found to have double / multiple redemptions, BDO reserves the right to chargeback the full cost of the Treat or Cash Credit to the corresponding account, at BDO’s discretion.Similarly, if the transaction is cancelled/ reversed or found to be invalid or fraudulent at a later date, BDO will chargeback the Cash Credit awarded to his/her Card or directly collect cost from Cardholder.

By participating in the Promo, Cardholder agrees to maintain his/her BDO credit card account updated (without incurring past due/ delinquency) within the Promo Period and at the time of Cash Credit awarding. Cardholder fully acknowledges that should he/she fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions and mechanics of the Promo, he/she will not be eligible to avail of the Cash Credit.

In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates fulfillment, BDO’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.

In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promotion, the interpretation of BDO shall prevail, with the concurrence of DTI.

Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
