17. Travel certificate is valid for 6 months upon issue. Advance reservation is required. Booking and travel must be completed no later than the expiry date.

18. Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Robinsons Inc. and Visa Philippines upon approval of DTI.

2. To earn the Cash Rebate, the Cardholder must:

      The following information must be provided:

• Complete Cardholder’s Name

• Credit Card Number

• Email Address

• Mobile Number (must be registered with the Bank)
   

Cardholders only need to register once within the prescribed Registration Period. Complete and accurate information must be provided. Otherwise, incomplete, insufficient or wrong information will invalidate the registration and will not be processed. Note that the Principal or Supplementary Cardholder must separately register their respective accounts, including their Virtual Cards.

4. Purchases must come from one BDO Visa Credit Card only. Principal Cardholders cannot combine purchases of his/her Supplementary Cardholder/s (if any) in computing for the total Spend Amount. 10. Cardholder must ensure that the contact details provided (SMS) are accurate. BDO will not be responsible for non-receipt of notification due to incorrect contact details.

11. The Cardholder should have no past due obligation from the start of the Promo until the scheduled crediting of the rebate.

BDO Visa Cyber Monday Rebate
Promo Period: June 18, 25 and July 2, 2018

Promo Mechanics:

1. The Promotion is open to all active BDO Visa Classic, Gold and Platinum Principal or Supplementary Credit Cardholders (except Corporate Cards) who will use their Card to purchase ONLINE on the following Mondays:

   • June 18, 2018

   • June 25, 2018

   • July 2, 2018

2. To earn the Cash Rebate, the Cardholder must:

   1. Register online through the promo web page at bit.ly/bdo2018visacybermonday from June 15 – July 3, 2018.
      The following information must be provided:

      • Complete Cardholder’s Name

      • Credit Card Number

      • Mobile Number (must be registered with the Bank)

Cardholders only need to register once within the prescribed Registration Period. Complete and accurate information must be provided. Otherwise, incomplete, insufficient or wrong information will invalidate the registration and will not be processed.

Note that the Principal or Supplementary Cardholder must separately register their respective accounts, including their virtual cards.

2. Spend at least P10,000 or USD200 (minimum single-receipt) using their BDO Visa Classic, Gold or Platinum Credit Card during the promo period

3. Purchases must come from one BDO Visa Credit Card only. Principal Cardholders cannot combine purchases of his/her Supplementary Cardholder/s (if any) in computing for the total Spend Amount. However, transactions made from BDO Visa Virtual Cards are combined with the Cardholder's BDO Credit Card account where it is linked.

4. Qualified spend will be based on the actual Peso or Dollar value posted on the Statement of Account. For Dual Currency accounts, Peso transactions will receive rebates in PHP while Dollar transactions will receive rebates in USD. In cases where Cardholders have transactions in both currencies, the Dollar spend will be converted to Peso using P50:US$1 conversion rate.

5. The maximum Cash Rebate that can be earned per card is P10,000 or USD200 for the entire duration of the Promo from June 18 to July 2, and not per Monday. The BDO Visa Virtual Card will be sharing the rebate cap with the BDO Credit Card account where it is linked.

6. All online Peso and Dollar transactions are qualified EXCEPT for the following:

   1. Any type of Bills Payment (Auto-charge, Charge-On-Demand, Utility/Recurring Bills, Loan Payments, Telecommunications, Insurance and School Tuition payments)  transacted online;

   2. BDO Internal Installment Programs such as Balance Transfer, Easy Cash, Easy Convert, Cash-It-Easy, Hospital Installment Program, etc.

   3. Online transactions from merchants engaged in (i) Casino/Gambling; (ii) Business such as but not limited to Direct/Multi-level Marketing (e.g. Mary Kay, Nu Skin, USANA, Herbalife and the like) (iii) Payment Services  (e.g. Money Transfer, Moneysend and the like);

7. The following transactions will be accepted subject to the established minimum and maximum amount of:

   1. Supermarkets                        : up to P30,000 within the promo duration

   2. Drugstores                             : up to P30,000 within the promo duration

   3. Wholesale/Distribution        : up to P30,000 within the promo duration

8. The Cash Rebate will be credited to the Cardholder's account with the transaction description:
   CYBER MONDAY REBATE PROMO. Cardholders will be notified via SMS upon successful posting of the Cash Rebate to their BDO Visa account on or before August 15, 2018.

9. The Cardholder should have no past due obligation from the start of the Promo until the scheduled crediting of the rebate.

10. Cardholders must examine their Statement of Account (SOA) for any errors related to Cyber Monday Rebate Promo (e.g. rebate computation, non-awarding of rebate). 16. In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, BDO’s decision shall prevail. All questions and disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with concurrence of DTI.

How to Redeem the Samsonite Red Luggage Freebie:

2. Upon reaching the minimum required spend, the Cardholder must completely fill out the Redemption Form with the details indicated below:

4. Cardholder to save and email the Redemption Form to clgmktgops@bdo.com.ph with Subject “Visa Gold Free Samsonite KHARRIS Luggage Promo” within the registration period.

5. All Redemption Forms must be submitted on or before April 30, 2018.

6. Only transactions listed in the Redemption Form will be validated. If the registered transactions did not meet the required spend, redemption will not be processed.

7. An SMS with Promo Code will be sent to the Cardholder’s registered mobile number within seven (7) to ten (10) banking days from successful receipt of the Redemption Form and validation of submitted transactions. The SMS will indicate the redemption period for the Cardholder. Should the redemption be invalid due to incomplete/incorrect information, an SMS will be sent to the Cardholder as well.
