The Rules and Regulations for the Philippines EFT System & Operations Network Automated Clearing House (PESONet) state that once the funds have been credited to a valid account number, the fund transfer will be considered final and irrevocable. The PESONet payment scheme does not have any capability to cancel or recall a payment as soon as you have authorized your bank to process the instruction. Any errors in your funds transfer will be separately settled between yourself and the sender/recipient of the funds outside of the PESONet. Please ensure that you provide the correct details, and validate these before authorizing the payments from your Online or mobile banking apps. Where applicable, also save the up to date templates.
