When I reached the Online Banking Enrollment tab, it prompts that BDO Online Banking Enrollment service is unavailable at this time. What does it mean?

This means that BDO Online Banking may be undergoing maintenance and cannot accept enrollment requests at the moment. You may either proceed with the application submission without the Online Banking Enrollment or you may try again later. Ensure that you save your draft application reference number and retrieve it within seven (7) calendar days of application date.
